(Baccalaureate degree or higher; alternative certification)

Step 1. 

Currently, several local school systems have Maryland Approved Alternative Preparation Programs (MAAPP).  

Step 2.

Once you have been accepted into a  MAAPP, the  local school system will process your credentials for certification.

Step 3.

If all requirements have been met, we will issue a Resident Teacher Certificate.
