Reinstatement of Professional Eligibility Certificate (PEC)

The PEC may be reinstated by an applicant not currently employed as a professional in a MD school by presenting an official transcript for six (6) semester hours of acceptable credit. 

Reinstatement of Other Certificates

The Standard Professional I, Standard Professional II, Extended Standard Professional II, and the Advanced Professional Certificates may be reinstated by presenting an official transcript for six (6) semester hours of acceptable credit.

MD Historical Certificate

A historic MD professional Certificate may not be reinstated.
