"Understanding and Supporting Your Child's Development" comprises a series of pamphlets developed by Informed Parents–Successful Children (IPSC) of the Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium, Inc. These pamphlets, each of which focuses on a different early childhood age-range, provide non-English-speaking parents and caregivers with tools to promote early childhood development and success.
