The Division of Early Childhood Development (DECD) periodically solicits proposals from the early care and education community to expand or enhance services or programs to promote the healthy development and school readiness of Maryland's children.
NEW! Intermediary Services for the Network of Maryland's Family Support Centers, Community Hubs, and In-Home Intervention Grant – FY 2016 Continuation Grant. The purpose of this solicitation is to retain services from a non-profit organization with significant experience to act as an Intermediary that will provide oversight for the operation of the Network of Family Support Centers located throughout Maryland and to continue the services provided through the In-Home Intervention Program, a component of the services provided by the family support centers. In addition, the Intermediary is responsible for operating two (2) community hubs in Baltimore City, through June 30, 2016, in accordance with Race to the Top–Early Learning Challenge (RTT–ELC) grant management guidelines.

NEW! State Coordinating Entity Services for the Maryland Child Care Resource Centers Network (MCCRN) Grant
The purpose of this solicitation is to retain services from a non-profit organization with significant experience managing child care information and referral services for parents, providing professional development services for child care professionals, and providing technical assistance to improve the quality of child care services. The grantee shall act as the Statewide Coordinating Entity (SCE) overseeing operations of the regional Child Care Resource Centers (CCRCs) to assure that required components are addressed.
