The Early Childhood Research Advisory Group, constituted under the aegis of the MSDE Division of Early Childhood Development, is a consortium of Maryland early childhood professionals, researchers, and policymakers.  This consortium was constituted to explore the nexus between academic research, best program practices, and public policy issues related to early childhood, and then to share the outcome of its efforts with the greater early childhood community.
