WHO: State Superintendent of Schools Nancy S. Grasmick

WHAT: Dr. Grasmick will be joined by representatives from the Maryland Public Libraries’ Summer Reading Program at a pre-game ceremony. Top readers will be honored as part of the Baltimore Orioles collaboration in the program. The Orioles supported the 2008 Summer Reading Club by donating tickets to children from every library branch in Maryland.
