Maryland Schools Superintendent to Address Maryland PTA at Fall Conference

WHAT: Dr. Grasmick will address members of the Maryland PTA on education topics relative to:

Family Involvement
High School Assessment
Comcast Parent Involvement Matters Awards (PIMA)

Representatives from the Maryland State Department of Education will present workshops to include: High School Assessment and the Bridge Plan; Take 15 for Physical Activity Initiative; and Gifted and Talented Programs.

The Maryland PTA Fall Conference will be held Friday, November 14 through Saturday, November 15, 2008.
