The following protocols represent criteria for the assessment of Education That Is Multicultural and Minority Achievement (ETMA) implementation in Maryland public schools. The listed assessment categories relate to the level of implementation of the ETM Regulation (COMAR 13A.04.05.01-.04): YES, NO, IP (In Progress). Specific comments about needs or accomplishments should be provided on the Comments form at the end of this report.
DIRECTIONS: A “YES” response indicates that the item has been implemented throughout the school. A “NO” response indicates that the item has not been initiated or implemented. An “In Progress” response indicates that the item has been initiated, but not fully implemented school-wide.
