Computer Equipment Application Process
Request(s) for computers or computer related equipment should be made through a grant application process with our partner, The National Christina Foundation.
To apply for The Phoenix Project equipment.
1. Click on MSDE Grant Application, Contact us!
2. Fill out the application
3. Mail to the address on the application
4. Fax a copy to the Maryland State Department of Education
When we receive your application MSDE will evaluate your request and will forward a copy of your request to The Phoenix Project volunteers. Your application will be acted on in the order it was received. Currently application requests are being completed in 60-90 days based on the availability of computers received.
