The 15 minute long video addresses questions related to the four RTTT assurances (higher standards, robust data, effective educators, and strategic help for struggling schools) with responses coming from our National Teacher of the Year, local Superintendents, an Assistant Superintendent, and a Local Accountability Coordinator. We encourage all Maryland principals to show and discuss the contents of this video with their faculty members as they prepare for the opening of school.

The August 2011 issue of Maryland Classroom was created as a companion to the video, offering additional details about these questions and answers. We hope this document will become a resource that teachers can reference as reform programs take root in their classrooms.
