Ms. Waller has been employed with the Baltimore City Public School System for 8 years, during which she has taught at Maree Garnett Farring Elementary School in Brooklyn. She taught Kindergarten and First Grade as well as Summer School and Summer Camps and tutored at Jemicy School for Dyslexic Children. She served as a mentor teacher for student teachers and new teachers. In addition, she has worked closely with CLI (Children's Literacy Initiative) and was selected to be a Model Classroom for Baltimore City.
