Anderson at Mississippi State University has developed this site, which contains sample state, district, and school technology plans as well as articles on developing plans and fostering use of technology. Pathways to School Improvement The area labeled "Technology" provides additional resources on planning and deals with critical issues in technology, such as using technology to improve student achievement and to support engaged learning.
Milken Family Foundation Education Technology. The Milken Family Foundation promotes higher student achievement, especially through the use of technology. This site has many articles and resources. The most recent is the Professional Competency Continuum, a continuum of skills and knowledge that teachers will need for technology-supported learning and a teacher self-assessment tool related to the continuum.
