Pilot African American Curriculum, February 2, 2005

MSDE TV visits the class of Cliff Coulter at Joppatowne Elementary in Harford County. He teaches a lesson from the new pilot African American curriculum. Joppatowne Elementary is one of a number of schools where the pilot curriculum is now being used.
