M-PAC Forums, M-PAC History, March 18, 2005

This video traces the history of Maryland's Parent Advisory Council (M-PAC). State Schools Superintendent Nancy S. Grasmick created M-PAC in 2003. In the days and weeks ahead, M-PAC's preliminary recommendations on how best to get parents more involved in the education of their children will be presented in all 24 Maryland school districts. The video has an introduction by M-PAC President Esther Parker.
