Research and Evaluation support, based in the Title l Office, provides technical support to internal staff and Local Education Agencies for Title l, Part A, McKinney-Vento Homeless Children and Youth, Title l, Part D Neglected and Delinquent Children and Youth, and Title l, Part C, Migrant Education in the areas of:
