Formative Assessment Resources for Educators

Lesson Planning with Formative Assessment in Mind

Our office has curated several resources to support teachers’ planning for the formative assessment process. These resources include a lesson revision tool; a planning guide and a 4-column planning template to assist teachers with creating learning goals, success criteria, and aligned evidence-gathering opportunities; and an evidence collection grid to help monitor student performance based on a lesson’s success criteria.
