Local Consolidated ESSA Program

Purpose

The Local Consolidated ESSA Program application refers to a single application that combines multiple funding requests and program proposals, including those required by COMAR for inclusion in the local Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) annual strategic plan, into one comprehensive submission. The purpose of the consolidated grant application is to streamline the application process, reduce administrative burden, provide a more cohesive overview of the organization's objectives and funding needs, and facilitate strategic alignment of federal programs with implementation of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future.
